I came to this pharmacy for a blood test last month. The staff I spoke to on the phone and then in the pharmacy were polite, and showed a real care for my needs. The lovely young nurse who took my bloods did an excellent job taking care of me throughout as I am a bit nervous with needles, and overall I had a really positive experience. I will definitely come back in the future for my regular blood tests and may well collect my parent's prescriptions from here as well as the staff are so much nicer than at their current pharmacy.

On several occasions the customer service I have experienced has been shocking. For some reason several staff feel it acceptable to totally ignore customers standing at the counter for very long periods and do not have the common decency to even acknowledge them or say someone will be with you shortly. I have spoken to many other people who have experienced the same problem.
