Been going here for the last 6-7yrs at least, 1st went & was so shocked at the excellent service provided, such nice happy to help people. Then the business changed hands, all was good then slowly things changed. All items not priced, never priced, staff dressed inappropriately, constantly chatting or on their phones ignoring you, minimum wait to be acknowledged = 5-10 min & now for some reason after all these years cannot get my medication. They do have to order it l know but after 4 days l went to collect & the attitude = '' Hmm yeah we can't get this'' = '' could you not of rung me to advise'' = '' hmmm haha yeah Naah'' All Very sad as a great business & service now no longer for some reason. Now l have to venture to the town centre

The man was friendly and professional. The service was super quick. I felt relieved that they had the medication in stock and I did not have to wait very long. I will recommend this chemist.

Had to call in today as they promised a delivery yesterday, didn't happen, my partner cannot drive, and I need a walking stick to get to the car, when he called in, he had to wait 15 mins, as not ready, they have had the prescription for a week, how long does it take to get ready to collect or deliver,not impressed, this is not the first time this has happened, if I could not drive we would be stuck, wouldn't of minded so much about delivery, if they had rung to say they couldn't deliver, but we got no explanation, or anything, service needs to improve dramatically.
