I use this pharmacy frequently and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Opening hours are good and the service excellent.

The staff are friendly, very helpful and will always try hard to fill out subscription as soon as possible. If medication is out of stock they will try their hardest to fix it as soon as possible. Sometimes, as it is a popular pharmacy and associated with the doctors surgery next door, there can be a queue. Thoroughly recommend them.

This pharmacy used to be good. Since being taken over by Medipharmacy it has turned into a disgrace, with items never stocked and delays in ordering. Acute conditions need prescriptions to be serviced in a timely manner, which is something this pharmacy is incapable of. The staff themselves remain friendly and you can see that they have their own frustrations with the system. Medipharmacy are a disgrace and should have no place in the system.

A very good pharmacy in regards to fast dispensing of prescription and a life saver delivery service, friendly staff contactable by phone. Much better than the high street pharmacy chains.

When l collect our medicine we have to wait a long time as sometimes the staff at the pharmacy don’t supply all the medicines we had ordered and never seem to have them ready in time and as a result of waiting a long time. They are slow and slack at times and every time we go there there is always something they still owe us and having to come back each time and then they still haven’t prepared it for us. Sometimes when the medicine is delivered not all the contents we prescribed for is there. We are unsatisfied with their service and sometimes they give us the wrong medicine. My husband is also unhappy with their service.

The pharmacist was helpful and friendly when dispensing my prescription. She was able to give good advice about medical issues instead of seeing a GP.

Very Good Service And Attention To Detail Very Professional Customer Support Although You Have A 48 Hour Wait You Can Normally Be Sure Your Medication Will Arrive As Requested.
