   An overwhelmed NHS has positioned Pharmastists to be able to deal with more issues therefore it seemed logical that a shaving cut which wasn't healing well after 5 days and a break out of eczema on my hand as a reaction to some hand wash. Instead I got a member of counter staff who failed to take info correctly, as such had a pharmastists who refused to give me anything said I had to go to my GP but offered no over the counter mitigation in the meantime. A truly shocking experience
