    Booked a flu jab for my sister and I who are both disabled, as it's easy to park. Got to the counter to be informed the Pharmacist is away for two days and flu jabs have been cancelled. I booked online so they had my email address and phone number and should have made more of an effort to contact people. Now I need to re-book. First and last time I will probably use this service.

    Phone number listed does connect. You have to ring asda but you need to know ext number which is 319/219. security desk told me eventually. They are aware for some month but not sorted it out. They only gave me half of 1 of my repeat meds so I ran out unexpectedly. Showed them the box that said 1 of 2. They said there was nothing they could do and told me to go back to Gp. I went through 111 emergency prescription service which listed asda and sent them referal. ASDA pharmacy stated they didn't know what the 111 emergency script service was! I ended up having to get a taxi in my wheelchair in my pyjamas to another pharmacy who straight away checked stock and said send 111 emergency script referal which I did and got the required medication straight away. Asda staff were rude and unhelpful throughout.

    Not sure what has happened here. They used to be really excellent, but recent experience has been very disappointing - repeated failure to supply full prescriptions, necessitating return visits, constant staff changes, and (most recently) an inability to supply a widely-used medication routinely available at other pharmacies.
