1. Review titled Staff often refuse they owe items from a prescription.

   On many occasions they go weeks with no stock of certain items, then forget that the patient who is waiting for the item is owed the item. Some pharmacists working here have even denied that the patients missing item on a repeat prescription, was actually on the prescription list and are reluctant to go and check a second or third time, until some senior staff member goes and checks, then they check properly and find they do in fact owe an item. Basically very unreliable supplier of repeat prescription medicines and the system run here needs investigation in case some medicines are being stolen or lost and not recovered.

   I have just started taking my scripts to Asda pharmacy in bodmin. Can you tell me why they never answer the phone.I am registered disabled and ring to see if my script is ready to save me a wasted journey.
