  1. Review titled Prescription Refill Ignored for 3 Weeks!!

Rated 1 star out of 5

For (nearly) *3 weeks* (& counting), this shocking pharmacy has left me without essential medications, including cardiac treatment! - - - Initially, after more than a week with no sign of delivery (housebound), I tried calling, as I'd run out. Per usual, after 15 minutes' ringing, I got the answering machine. Note, messages are often ignored. This time, the pharmacist did call back, confirming the prescription had been received from my GP, but was inexplicably *left unfilled* for **2 weeks**!! They promised to address it--no apology, of course. Well, *another week* has (nearly) passed, and **still** no sign of the essential cardiac (& other) medications and clearly no concern for the impact on my health. - - - This pharmacy should be put in 'special measures'. They clearly cannot handle the job of being a basic pharmacy!

  2. Review titled This place is shocking!

Somebody needs to spot check and do a mystery shopper report. Phones answered automatically and number 2 selected to speak to a member of the pharmacy team. This then rings unanswered and after 59 minutes of holding and waiting for a reply, it disconnects. When visiting the pharmacy, the phone rings, albeit quietly, and no one picks it up. Prescriptions sent through from doctors days previously are rarely made up until you arrive to collect it. Although the script has been on the system for a few days, they don’t have some of the items. Always trying to fob you off with a generic med even though the script is manufacturer specific. It’s always necessary to check the bag before leaving because too many times, they’ve made a mistake or left something out. No where near enough people in dispensary. Expect to queue outside and wait for up to an hour to get what you went for. Totally inefficient. If I could get to another pharmacy, I certainly would. Unfortunately, there is very little to praise this place for in terms of dispensing medication. However they do provide a vaccine booster service for Covid and flu and the lady that gives the vaccines is superb.

  3. Review titled Needs more staff, manager/organisation

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Lovely front of house ladies who do their best. Wrong meds brands despite clear notes on px and labels. Waited 1 hr for a repeat px and owing script. System leaves foh staff unaware of completed scripts and some can’t actually see or reach them on top counter. Stuff and stock and repeats everywhere boh making it really hard to find meds and adding time. Little private room used for storage and could be used for repeats to allow further space. More staff needed back of house especially to allow for script numbers and better checking ability. A strong manager on the floor to help support and manage busy times better. Maybe less produce out front and allow for more room for px related meds, repeats, focus on px service rather the otc sales of shampoo/ glasses/ sweets/ bandages.
