The person behind the counter was very rude and wouldn’t listen, was very condescending and even when I was proved right and the medication hadn’t been delivered, said person wouldn’t apologise. However, another person who worked there was very kind, caring, understanding and helpful and found that the medication had not been delivered and was still within the pharmacy. Because of the rudeness of that one person, it caused unnecessary upset. Whilst we were waiting, that person continued to be rude to other people also

All the staff are friendly and the pharmacists are really understanding and patient. Nothing is too much trouble and they treat you with kindness.

As A regular, repeat prescription, customer I went to ask advice on a common minor problem. The advice I was given was excellent - it worked! Where other Otc products had failed to help. All other pharmacies take note, we customers appreciate a kind, helpful and efficient service.
