   I had to collect some urgent medication for my daughter but there was traffic and I knew it would be tight getting there in time . I called ahead to to explain and said my sat nav had predicted I would arrive at 5.31 and was told 'if we're open fine , but if we're closed, we're closed' I got there bang on 5.31 and not only was it closed but all lights were off and the front metal shutters were down. There is no way they could have been open until 5.30, even though they knew we needed the urgent prescription. I am beyond disgusted and will be making alternative arrangements for any further prescriptions.
