    Very Happy with my visit, prompt service, Friendly staff, considering how Busy the pharmacy is, I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy.

    I had a covid vaccination appointment at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:19pm because I went passed the building as it is covered in scaffolding and the Kamson sign is difficult to see. Upon arrival I was told they had just thrown away my vaccine because they assumed I wasn’t coming. When I said I was surprised they did after only being 4 minutes late, they said it had been a long day and they wanted to go home. The store closes at 6:30pm, not 6:19pm. Not only is this poor customer service. It’s also extremely wasteful to dispose of a vaccine when it could have been administered. I wonder how many other times this has happened. Extremely disappointed. And now have to reschedule and hope that I can find an appointment. I think the NHS should reconsider using this pharmacy.

    Hello, it is always polite to turn up on time for an appointment, particularly if it is the last one of the day. I am afraid our staff do not possess the psychic powers to know that you were still going to arrive, after the vaccination site had closed and a few minutes before the whole pharmacy closed and then expect a new vial to be started, just for you. Perhaps leave home a few minutes earlier in future? Appointments can still be booked via the NHS website. Best wishes, Mark- Complaints Manager
