   I arrived just before closing to pick up a prescription for antibiotics due to a gum/tooth infection which was arranged by 111. Pharmacist refused to wait 5 minutes for prescription to come through on the system. I asked her to show some compassion and I’m in a lot of pain, she refused to wait and told me to come back tomorrow. I explained that I have work tomorrow and won’t be able to come in to collect it due to their opening times, still refused to wait. Turned off all the light whilst I was still in the pharmacy and ushered me out the door. As an NHS employee myself I would never leave my patient/client in discomfort like I am. I can not believe how I was spoken to and treated. The amount of times I work outside of my hours to ensure my patients/clients are okay and she was unable to wait 5 minutes for me. No compassion or understanding what so ever!
