   Last month Jan 2023 Matrifen patches were ordered on 19th Jan. It took 12 days and several phone calls chasing to finally get them with an apology that it would not happen again and that it was down to them. On 14th Feb a new order was placed. Today 20th l used my last patch from Jan and my 14th order had not arrived, so l phoned to be told they will be delivered Friday 24th?? I told them that waiting 10 days is unacceptable for another mistake of theirs! They then said they would deliver tomorrow 21st Feb 2023.? Lord give me strength
