    Booked the earliest appoint I could for my toddler to receive a private vaccine. Partner took her down there only to find they weren't open. They wandered around town for a while and came back only to find they still weren't open. What is the point of accepting a booking for an appointment when you can't be bothered to open? Shocking service. I half expect to be banned now as I have read reviews that state that's what happens when you complain. I will be taking this further. This is not my first experience - been stood outside waiting for them to come back from lunch (even when the opening times said they should be back), not had all of the medication we required and being told to come back later in the day (when I had a newborn and it was one of the hottest days on record) and queues out of the door are all standard practice.

    I waited in a 20 minute queue for a 9:30am covid and flu vaccine booking. Whilst I was in the queue I heard the pharmacist talk to someone and explain how they were really tired and had been up till 2am. This made me very anxious, when I got to the front of the queue, I was informed their were no flu vaccines left. I told him I would rebook elsewhere as I felt uncomfortable and could not have the vaccines I had intended too. I could have had a phone call had they ran our yesterday and then I would not have needed to miss work for no reason.

    Used once again this morning, to get pain relief for a family member, and an appliance. As I said in my earlier Google review, I have only had excellent experience with Faringdon Pharmacy. This one is posted because I chanced on these NHS reviews and felt they were a bit harsh. I have only had friendly, competent service and find the place a pleasure to go to. Must have been several dozen times, over a number of years. Today I rang first to check what we needed was available. Then a 4 mile drive to get there. I went in quietly and sat down, as the pharmacist was busy. As soon as he saw me he broke off what he was doing, declined a suggestion that he finish off first and served me with his usual caring competence. I can only speak highly of him and his team. I am from Stanford-in-the-Vale; should anyone want to query this report I am easily found there!

    Tried calling numerous times. Seems as if calls are going to a fax machine - of all things! How 1980s of them! Please update your number on Google Maps and NHS websites and have someone there who will answer or let us leave voicemails that are regularly checked. Thanks.

    Opening times on the door but they never seem to work to these. Stood outside waiting for 20minutes in the freezing cold. No answer on the phones. Unfortunately it’s not the first time by far! If opening times change there should be a note or a voicemail. Can’t get through on the phones either. Really disappointing!
