   Mum came to collect prescription but yet again was told it wasn't ready . She was also told that it was on computer and if She would like to come be later in the day or today she could have it . My Mum is 83 and I do not appreciate her having to run back and forth when the prescription could have been printed off and done whilst She waited . This is has happened several times now and I will be taking it further
