Excellent service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staff very friendly, considerate and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Service with a smile at all times.

Waited outside as opens at 9am. Then a pre typed sign is put up saying can’t open as pharmacist is running late? But I want something from the counter. Surely they can use the till? Does it mean the pharmacist is late every day???

Dear Customer, It looks like the sign was misinterpreted. The sign read "The pharmacy will be open as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we are undergoing a major refit". I was in early, getting till and computers ready, to open at our usual time of 9am. Also, on the day you visited, the builders were tidying up the retail area before we open at 9am. Sorry that we could not serve you any earlier. I am extremely grateful to hundreds of customers who have given us lovely compliments of both our new look refit and the service we provide. Hoping you too would experience that on your next visit. Thank You Manish

Very friendly and helpful very good customer service always happy to help and give advice if needed always order my prescriptions here always very helpful and prompt had my jabs here to covid made me feel very calm and comfortable

Had a very positive experience getting my covid booster jab here - far less stressful than anywhere else I have been previously. Nice quiet and calm atmosphere while waiting, jab was administered carefully and with no pain. Have now had my flu jab and another positive experience. They fitted me in quickly and all staff so friendly, efficient and polite. Very impressed.

I am disabled and I was given a very prompt , convenient walk in appointment on my mobility scooter for two vaccinations at the same time,one in each arm for Flu and Covid. The Pharmacist was very patient and gentle. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and I suffered no after effects whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy. It is very professional and efficient. The staff are most polite,welcoming and helpful. This was my second visit for vaccinations and I shall certainly be returning each time I need a vaccination.

Booked the day before for my Covid booster. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a very good range of socks and gloves - thermal, cotton, bamboo etc so stocked up and will definitely return.
