   Went to pick up my repeat prescription today, informed that not doing repeat prescriptions anymore, no prior warning therefore have run out of certain prescription medicines for heart condition........this is not acceptable patient care

   I started to use Bicester Pharmacy when no others except them in the area had my medication. I find the whole staff team to be hard working, efficient, caring and all delivered with a smile
