    I’ve had one phone call and the rest got canceled due to sudden A/L and sickness. No replacement for me to speak to. I have waited 2 months and still not spoken to anyone…. I’m really struggling with my mental health and this service has made me feel even worse. I feel let down…

    The only few sessions I had were just tick box exercises where I had to fill in surveys of how I feel then read through information. The person I spoke to always seemed inconvenienced with what I tried to convey to them about my depression, and unsympathetic. The worst part is, I had my last appointment cancelled last minute in August, and I still have yet to hear back from Trent Pts. Ill mental health does not just stop, and I am really disappointed in the service. Would not recommend.

    If your wanting a support group that is focused on recovery then this isn’t a program for you, this is a work based support group & their main focus is work forget your recovery. I felt patronised as the by the therapist talking in a slow calm patronising voice like im going to throw my toys out the pram if she talked in her normal voice. I was asked if I wanted to join a zoom group & wasn’t informed that others would be in that group… I have anxiety & that was not cool. Not a chance would I recommend this service. 0 stars. Please don’t contact me again.

    I had a really good few weeks to begin with and found the experience quite helpful. However the communication was very poor - rearranged appointments were given at inappropriate times despite giving availability. once appointments were rearranged, was told it would be a call which I never received. When I enquired I was told it should have been a face to face appointment. Had I have had this information I could've attended, instead of spending 45 mins in a car park waiting for a call. The counseller that I was seeing had very poor governance over their calendar and appointments. Better management of time and schedules are needed. It's an nhs servive which is absolutely amazing but needs much better organisation. I'm revisiting iapt to hopefully get the help I need from another service. I'm still not very well.

    Terrible service, rescheduled appointments without getting confirmation from me that I could attend then discharged me after I didn’t attend an appointment I had told them I was unavailable for…. Honestly such an awful service don’t waste your time
