The doctors are all very professional and caring, however, I do wonder how many are on duty at one time. On the very rare occasion that I’ve had to beg to see a doctor face to face, there’s never been another patient waiting. Lots of staff, but no actual patients there. My neighbour belongs to Cranham Village Surgery and they are outstanding. A full team of staff and they’ve been seeing all patients face to face since lockdown ended. They go above and beyond. Not only do they get her the treatment and appointments she’s needs, but they even call just to see how she got on at her hospital appointment. If Upminster Medical Centre isn’t taken over and run to full capacity soon, then Hurley Group need to replaced. You may wonder why we don’t move to another surgery, but the bus stops outside.
