Went for ECG. Clinic is a depressing building. Shabby and falling to bits. Receptionist looked like she'd rather be anywhere else but there. Not kept informed on process when a phone call was made to the consultant to see if I could leave. No one would tell me what was going on. Asked if I could take a photo of my results and staff got very defensive. Not the greatest of experiences. I recently had a minor op on the NHS and couldn't fault them so I suppose it's pot luck

Attended for ECG and clerk lied and told me they had started seeing people, after half an hour of me waiting with no one going in, someone else got up and said they had to leave cos they had been there 40 minutes and no one had been seen. Clerk then said the technician would be arriving in 10 minutes to start the clinic. ECG’s don’t take long I am a nurse and have been trained to do them. For those that arrived when the clinic opened this would be over an hour wait before the technician even arrived. This is a private company making profit in healthcare, running worse than the NHS, terrible.

I received a text message with an appointment which was set 48 hours later. Due to work commitments, I cannot make it at such a short notice. I tried their reply function. An auto reply informed me that my response might not be viewed immediately, and that I should call. I did, from 2 different mobile phones, and from my work and home landlines. Communication was incomprehensible as all I could hear was a completely chopped up voice. I never heard back from them. Rather disappointing; hence not recommended at all.
