My physio was friendly, welcoming she made me feel relaxed and worked miracles on my shoulder and back following an accident. She offered helpful exercises and advice to assist with my recovery. She took me from feeling 66 to being 46 again. Thank you R!

Having had a number of hands on sessions my condition has improved. My physiotherapist was very knowledgeable and professional. His attention to customer requirements is very personable. I have had chronic tinnitus since covid in 2020. He provided very pleasant natural sounds to assist in calming my constant noise whilst manipulating my lower back and neck problems. I’m hoping that with a few more sessions and home exercises that my pain will be eliminated ,or at a controllable level , where I can move on from my debilitating condition. I would recommend this practitioner , and Sano to anyone.

Had a 30 min appointment. This was my 3rd visit. Asked if I had any improvements since the last visit. To which I said no. Asked to show range of movement in arm, which I did. I explained that there was no issues with getting my arm to 90 degrees, but was unable to go past that unaided or without pain. Person then spent 5 mins or so tapping into computer. Then asked to lie on my back and he moved my arm up to 90 degrees, and back again. Did this 10 times. Then asked to lie on my side and he moved my arm up to 90 degrees again… 10 times. He then went back onto the computer. Typed a bit and then asked when I wanted my next appointment. Complete and utter waste of my time. No physio done, no after care mentioned. No follow up exercises given. And was done after only 17 minutes. No point in me going back at all.

Following a rotary cuff injury I received 6 sessions of physio at the Walsall clinic. Extremely friendly and took time to explain with visual diagrams on the computer the impact of my injury. Each session varied and procressed in intensity, this included showing me exercises I can do at home and also the Gym. Overall an excellent experience .

I would just like to thank the service I have received from my physiotherapist I can’t name the lady but I’m now 100% better thanks to her expertise ( NORTH SHIELDS) venue She made me feel very welcome and was so polite I’m very sad my treatment is over but glad I’m back to normal after my accident Once again I would like to thank her for being so professional ⭐️
