My course of physio was a shambles. Was given ‘special’ exercises to do to increase strength. These were totally pointless and had no benefit. Contacted over telephone to see how I was doing. I just feel that I was just kept on the books to keep their fees flowing in

My elderly sister who is registered blind was given tubes to retube her own aids. When she got an appointment she had to travel to various doctors surgeries which is not good. So now she is without one of her aids for 4 days.
