    Referred to Medefer by Trust to get me off waiting list March 22. Filled in an online questionnaire when the link eventually worked. Found it very difficult to contact company a web chat took two days. Phone impossible to get through. Nov 22 letter sent saying referred April 22 and now discharged back to GP and suggested a change in medication even though I have not even spoken to the consultant about my symptoms or diagnosed condition. Diagnosis from a questionnaire!? Thank goodness for the NHS Consultant Nurse that I have contact with, as they are sorting it out for me. Now back on waiting list to see NHS Consultant.

    I was well informed during the whole process, the virtual consultation wasn't rushed at all and I got the answers I wanted, couldn't fault the service at all.

    I had been waiting a long time for my referral to be reviewed but since Medefer took on the referral, tests were arranged quickly, the letters were detailed and tests seemed to be requested in a more methodical manner than via my GP, couldn't fault the service.

    No issues, I had the initial consultation within a few weeks and then further tests were also arranged soon after with results then fed back shortly after. Couldn't fault the process and better than waiting ages.

    I have had two telephone calls booked in and not one doctor has called me to discuss my referral. Really dissatisfied with medefer right now!

    After seeing my GP and them referring me to Medefer, I had a range of tests that were organised very quickly and fortunately haven’t found anything too untoward. I’m very happy with the service received, I would probably still be waiting to be seen!

    I hadn’t received any news regarding my referral from my local hospital but after agreeing for it to be reviewed by Medefer, further tests were quickly arranged and I was reassured to hear all my results were normal, I’m very pleased I agreed for my referral to be reviewed by the Medefer team.

    Medefer reviewed my referral very efficiently and organised for further investigations very quickly. My symptoms have improved and I’m reassured given the tests have been performed and I’m not waiting to find out what’s happened. Very happy with the service provided by the Medefer Team.

    The treatment I received with Medefer was excellent. My referral was reviewed promptly and I underwent further investigations soon after. By undertaking my treatment through Medefer, I was able to reach a conclusion much more quickly than if I went though a more traditional pathway.

    My referral was sent to Medefer through Manx care. It was then reviewed quickly by a consultant and then I underwent further tests promptly. I couldn’t fault the service received by Medefer.
