   I called today for reassurance for myself and my dad who is undergoing treatment at present. I spoke to the most loveliest nurse I could have asked for. Very kind, soft spoken, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I feel a lot better right now after that call I made. I just want to thank you and I am sorry I forgot your name as I am really bad with names but thank you so much. Ash
