I had an ultrasound this morning at milbay Plymouth . The staff were absolutely lovely , incredibly respectful and very kind and caring . I would like to say thank you so much for a stress free experience and being so lovely and reassuring

Arrived with my wife at eco managed site adjacent to roadworks to find new and attractive ultrasound diagnostic centre. Any apprehension was dispelled by courteous and friendly staff who examined and reassured my wife with careful explanation of the findings. Quite an adventure

It's not often I have the pleasure of visiting any NHS appointment but today was a refreshing change. I had an appointment at the Trevissome Park Korus Health unit for an ultrasound. The unit was clean and well organised. The two ladies were polite and friendly while remaining professional throughout. I was taken through the findings and came home much happier. Thank you gals, very much appreciated.

Top marks for everything. Virtually no waiting. Wonderful, caring And professional staff. Everything was explained to me clearly. Clean and comfortable building. Many thanks for everything.

Allegedly "local" service but I had to travel over 30miles for an ultrasound At the end of my ultrasound I knew more about the operatives aches, pains and illnesses than I did about my own! I was not asked about my symptoms at all, instead I was told that what was wrong with me, that when I checked the symptoms for after I got home none of them matched mine Very unsatisfactory and I feel a complete waste of time
