I was seen on the monday and had my cataract surgery on the Thursday I cannot thank the lovely reception staff and medical staff enough the operation has changed my eye sight so much I can see so clear now . For anyone having this surgery Id highly recomment you opt for Sparmedica Derby , thank you again for a great service

Made to feel at ease from walking through the door to leaving. Staff checking on you whilst waiting. Well looked after by surgeon and theatre staff. All staff very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended.

Had pre op in Poole and op in Southampton. All sorted very quickly due to holiday in June. Friendly staff that put you at ease. Thanks

Treated very well by the staff, from receptions, porters to surgeons. Place was clean, everyone was so kind and helpful Thank you to everyone for treating me so well Looking forward to having the next eye done.

Today I had my second Cataract operation with SpaMedica. I can only offer praise and thanks to the wonderful Doctors and staff for the kind, caring treatment I have received during both operations. If all our NHS departments were as efficient our world would be a better place.

The patient was my husband who has dementia, and whilst I, as his carer, was not allowed to remain with him during surgery he was so sympathetically treated and the instructions on discharge were delivered to me directly. The whole experience was really good right from the assessment stage to surgery. I have already talked positively to many people about Spamedica and thank you so much. the short waiting time from his original eye test with his optometrist, to the date for surgery was amazingly short. Very efficiently organised and the premises were spotless, and the equipment impressive. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you Spamedica.

From the moment I arrived was greeted and offered refreshments. Two members of staff pleasant and friendly. Talked me through the procedure and outcome of the surgery for my left eye cataract . They made me feel relaxed and confident I was in good hands. Over in 15 mins and they contacted my next of kin to come and collect me when they were ready. Excellent service and so pleased it was local and easy to get too. Many thanks

Fantastic facility with friendly and attentive staff. Every element of procedure fully explained before commencement. Once surgery is started encouragement forthcoming from surgeon and all individual stages explained. Any anxiety and nerves were soon dispelled. Results after less than 24 hours truly amazing.
