The Day Case nurses and all of the team provided outstanding care, yesterday. They were were kind , friendly & provided reassurance. Nothing was too much trouble They are all a credit to the NHS - such a great team . Thank you all

My little son went for a dental surgery at the Children Outpatient after he was referred by our dentist. We were at the hospital the week before for a pre assessment visit in which We were explained all the details of the surgery's day, all clear and childfriendly! The day of the surgery, we went in the early morning and were out just after 1pm. My son was happy with the treatment received and not scared at all thank to the huge support of the nurses and doctors staff, each one of them very kind and patient! My son was also given a toy as a present from the treasure box! Excellent experience overall!

My son landed badly jumping off a swing. We originally thought he had sprained his leg, but as he was saying he couldn't weight bear on it we thought we better seek advice from medical professionals. We were referred to Minor Injuries Unit at this hospital. The staff there were so warm and friendly. My son was very upset and in pain, but the staff were very reassuring and explained exactly what they were doing at each stage of assessment and then treatment. He was seen by both MIU and X-Ray staff, all of whom were wonderful. It turned out my son had broke both his fibula and tibia bones in his leg. Staff were quick to treat his leg and a plaster cast put on with further referral to local main hospital. This is the first time my son had attended a hospital in this capacity and was extremely nervous and upset by the thought of attending, but due to the excellent staff at Victoria Hospital his and our experience was fantastic. Service was fast, efficient and of the highest level. Thank you all at Victoria Hospital

I dialled 111 and a Medic made an appointment for me two hours later.This was to examine a very painful thigh injury.I was seen on time and thoroughly examined. Advice was given and I left the hospital a short time later.Well done Wimborne Miu 5 Stars and thankyou

I visited the MIU today due to an injury to my hand. I was seen very quickly then taken for xray and then spoke to after all in 45 mins. All staff I encountered were friendly helpful and professional. I haf my young son with me also and staff were very accomodating and kind towards him making the whole experience very painless!

I had a Colonoscopy on the 21/02/23. I was very nervous but the staff were great talking me through it. I felt relaxed and calm. I was in and out in 20 mins. Recommend this Hospital to any nervous patient.

Turned up to minor injuries, my daughter was seen straight away, nurse was amazing with her, very friendly, in and out really quick and follow up appointment made for the next day.

Visited A&E yesterday with my dad who had fell from the attic, from the receptionist, to the nurse, the porter, doctor and consultant, thank you for your kindness, patience and care in dealing with my dad and self. I was also inA&E with my husband in Sept, again, nothing but kind, caring, interested and patient, again, thank you! I hope not to visit again anytime soon, (hopefully!) therefore felt that even although we say thank you, it was better to write it down. I work with people and even although we can say thank you, a note can always mean a little more.

My daughter is at Victoria Hospital. The doctors and nurses have been absolutely amazing. She has been to several private hospitals and clinics over the last few years, and I have never come across so many caring, and dedicated doctors and nurses. They keep you updated all the time. The conditions that they have to work under is not ideal, but nevertheless, they do it with passion. I have spent a lot of time at the hospital and have also observed the positive energy amongst all the staff, from the canteen to ICU

A friendly nurse examine my injured finger in the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU): she arranged an X-ray, analysed the result, bound the finger to its neighbour, giving me a supply of plaster and lint for renewals when needed. She even referred me to hospital for specialist hand therapy sessions ! As she showed me out I told her it was me that set off the fire alarm, thinking it was the bell to get someone to let me in to the MRI ! She just laughed. That was the patience bit. Indeed, I had evacuated the building along with everyone else, so I spent a lot of time apologising outside ! Everyone (including the patients) laughed at my explanation. What a jolly place to visit. I must break another finger to make an excuse to go back !
