I attended the urgent care centre because of a fall and pains in my chest. Over the years that we have used services at this hospital (services which all too often have been subjected to “efficiency” cut backs!) we have always found it to be have a warm and caring approach. It was just the same yesterday — thorough, prompt treatment delivered by very human beings. Well done. Thank you.
