Great friendly hospital. I was kept well informed as to what was going to happen at all stages . All the staff were very friendly . I did not have to wait longer than I expected to Thanks to all the staff

Chose Tetbury hospital during Covid. As I thought it was be less busy than more local hospitals. Their care is diligent and thoughtful and I trust their treatment and guidance totally.

Made very welcome by reception. Treatment efficiently administered by trainee nurse / qualified paramedic. Damaged hand healed brilliantly within 4 days. Many thanks

I had to rely on a transport service that, unfortunately, arrived late for my second op. at Tetbury. In spite of that, the cataract department treated me very generously and made sure I was given my surgery promptly. The nursing staff was thorough, very personable, and caring. The surgeon was reassuring and positive throughout. I would recommend this department without hesitation.

my cataract procedure was carried out swiftly ,very expertly and with great results and no side effects.the staff were friendly and calming and highly professional I just knew I was in the right place and in the right hands

I went to Tetbury hospital for several appointments and day surgery. I had a wonderful experience with the Doctors and nurses that treated me throughout the process of being referred and treated. In day surgery all the nurses were so lovely and caring it made my experience as a patient completely stress free. The doctor I saw before my surgery was kind and caring. The surgeon and anesthetist were also friendly and straightforward.

Following a friend’s good experience of cataract surgery at Tetbury Hospital I was so pleased to be referred there myself. The day surgery unit is spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly and kind. I was seen promptly and was very impressed at how thoroughly my details were checked. I had a different surgeon on each occasion and they both gave me every opportunity to ask any questions. The cataract removal was very quick and painless. I can thoroughly recommend Tetbury Hospital, I am very grateful to have had the opportunity of being treated there.

I recently had foot surgery and feel very lucky that I was able to be referred to Tetbury. All the staff were very professional, informative and friendly. The care following surgery was very attentive and the nurses clearly explained the care needed once at home. The hospital itself has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Tetbury Hospital to anyone. A very refreshing experience.

Visited the minor injuries unit today and was shocked at how poorly I was treated. Had asked about the possibility of being seen and a possible X-ray . However, I was told that the woman on shift was leaving and so I’d have to try again either tomorrow or go to Cirencester. I had already been in yesterday and told the machine wasn’t working. This has caused me another day of being in pain as I cannot get to Cirencester. As a departing comment to me , the woman told me that maybe next I should ‘get up a bit earlier’. This was at half 12 in the afternoon, it was the earliest I could have got there as I had to wait for my friend to be on lunch and give me a lift. Couldn’t believe my ears at being spoken to like that. When the practice is supposed to shut at 4 and the earliest I could get there is half 12 , I find it extremely unnecessary for a staff member to judge a patient like that.

Came in today at lunchtime after being turned away yesterday and told to come back today for an x Ray. They then turned as away again as they were finished for the dah and told us to get up earlier next time. This wasn’t an option as we start work at 6am and went as soon as we had our lunch break. Not impressed
