I went in for a hernia op today and from the receptionist to the surgeon I had fabulous care. Plenty of time to ask questions. Very courteous and made me feel relaxed and confident. After care excellent too. Can't praise them enough. Thank you all at St. Mary's.

Went in with son as he had cut his leg on a knife, reception was polite and quick. Didn't wait long and nurse had him stitched up and qe were out of there in less than half hour! Nurse was lovely and made My son feel at ease and she was I'll with chest infection so thankyou!

The treatment and service I got from the UTC was absolutely amazing! The nurse I saw knew exactly what was wrong she explained everything that was happening and what needed to be done and she kept me there ringing around until she had got me an appointment at the DVT unit at QA hospital. I am really very grateful to her and all the staff that helped me.

Had my cataracts procedure at at St Mary’s. All the staff: admin, health professionals and surgeons were all great. Would highly recommend.

I had to visit the centre with what I had thought was a nasty sprain. The receptionist took my details, she was courteous and professional. I was Triaged swiftly and had to wait for 3 hours to be seen but when I did the service and care was exceptional. I had an X-Ray and was seen by the Nurse practitioner who believed there to be no fracture but offered sound advice. 3 days later I had a call from the consultant who informed me there was a break and again gave me sensible and easy to follow advice. whilst the diagnosis did differ from my original consultation the outcome was did not change nor the advice given. I also rang a few days later to ask for further advice as I was struggling to work. The consultant rang me back personally, and was charming, courteous and professional. Two weeks after this, I rang to ask for some support as my foot was becoming increasingly painful. The receptionist I spoke to was incredibly helpful and was able to find a support boot for me. I cannot praise this service enough, especially when they are under such pressure at present, not helped by the fact that people are finding difficulties contacting their GP's. Well done Team!

I needed to go for day surgery at St Mary's Practice Plus. I was quite nervous and the staff both ward nurses and the surgeron staff were so helpful and kind. They were lovely and supportive and helped me through a tough time. Thank you.

Helpful friendly staff made my visit stress free. Also seemed very caring to others in the department at the time.

Just had my 3rd endoscopy procedure. As I was very anxious about procedure, had sedation. All the nurses were very lovely and caring. Also the Dr doing the procedure was very lovely and caring, He talks to you throughout to keep you calm. Would definitely recommend using them for this procedure.

We was seen in great timing, staffing from reception to triage to the doctor was just so lovely and caring. We are fairly new to the area and not had great experience in past with other urgent care centres but yesterday our experience was calm, kind and caring ! Thank you to all the team.
