    I got the apointment for the 7th of March. I change it for the 13th of March because I couldn't attend. This was changed via the NHS app and I confirmed that was changed. I was waiting for the call the 13th but no one called me. When I wanted to check if the 13th was correct the appointment didn't exist anymore in the app. I don't understand what was the issue but I didn't get any consultation.

    Although my overall experience was favourable I was disturbed to find I hadn’t been told to fast for 6 hrs prior to my scan and as it was specifically for gall stones that I shouldn’t eat any dairy products thot morning. I saw a leaflet in the waiting area outlining these facts which considering how expensive a scan is I felt was very poor service that I hadn’t been sent one or told on the phone when making the appointment.

    I was referred to one hospital on the nhs for shoulder surgery, this was my first appointment to be assessed . It was nice and clean and professional, but then it is private so none of the chaos I would expect at my local nhs hospital. I’m now waiting for funding to be approved for my debilitating shoulder injury to be operated on .

    Knee replacement surgery went very well. Everyone I encountered while in hospital were so nice and so professional. Thank you. Trying to rearrange a post operation appointment was difficult and frustrating. With great difficulty I thought I had changed my appointment time after being given nine different appointment times in one hour but when I arrived, the last time I was given, confirmed by email was incorrect. This part of the system was as unprofessional as every other part was so professional.

    I was admitted to One Hatfield for a total hip replacement. From the reception to all departments and staff who cared for me I couldn't ask to be treated better! My surgeon and his operating team were amazing and the nursing staff efficient kind and caring. The hospital itself is spotless and the catering staff were friendly going out of their way to accommodate me. Overall a great experience.

    Had both hip joints replaced here 3 months apart, recently had my second hip replacement surgery here and the whole experience was made very nice by the friendly caring staff and all the surgical team who made me feel at ease through both procedures, Not forgetting the physio team who have kept me on track to a great recovery.

    Very friendly staff and very helpful. All staff were kind caring knowledgeable. Everyone explained all information needed. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great care given by all.

    I’m a regular customer of One Hatfield hospital. I saw an orthopaedic consultant who apparently not dealing with my wrist and asked to book another follow-up with different consultant - that was a waste of appointment and money. Different consultant is available only in a months time only one day per week. Seriously? And ….to sort out these bookings was extremely difficult… with a rude and not helpful receptionist, who gives you a bad look by judging you. Il Shame for private hospital!

    I booked an MRI scan and X-Ray at the hospital, I arrived on the day of the appointment only to find that they had given me the wrong date. I then booked again for the next week, when I checked on the morning of my appointment, they hadn’t booked the X-Ray!! I attended the hospital and had my X-Ray and scan, and told them when my appointment was with my consultant, they said that he would definitely have the images and report. Well surprise surprise, I saw my consultant tonight and he has not received anything!!!!! I am paying a lot of money, for very poor, bordering incompetent service. A shockingly bad hospital.
