I had the pleasure of meeting the team at Worcester Hospital because of equipment issues at Evesham. The transfer was smoothly done and the team was waiting for me on my arrival. They could not have been more helpful, welcoming and reassuring. From the healthcare assistant to the Doctor conducting the procedure I was looked after exceptionally well. I would recommend the team although the procedure and in particular the preparation is not something to look forward to.

Yesterday as a fairly anxious patient I attended the Endoscopy Department at The Evesham Community Hospital. From being met at the entrance door to being discharged I found all the staff I encountered brim full of compassion and politeness. I shouldn't single out staff however I must mention the two nurses and the endoscopist who attended at my procedure. They couldn't have been more attentive and caring. I was as relaxed as I could be during the procedure. They kept me informed throughout the short examination. Any would be person facing an endoscopy in this department can be rest assured that you are in the best hands. Thank you all staff.

I took my grandson to MIU this morning following an injury to his hand after playing basketball. Service was exceptional both in the unit and X-Ray dept. Staff were professional and efficient. Management explained and follow up at # clinic organized. Well done. Excellent service.

Had a fractured wrist and I was seen to quickly and efficiently. From the check of the wrist by the doctor to the xray, it was quick and smooth. And the doctors and nurses were so polite and informative. Thank you

Right from being met at the door, each member of staff were brilliant. I was very anxious as I’d had a bad experience on a previous endoscopy. No one’s fault, just one of those things. The staff were amazing; I can’t praise them enough. Excellent specialist performing said procedure. Our wonderful NHS.

Family member admitted following stroke. We were not reassured with the care that we saw and experienced, with the exception of a few very weary staff who were also fed up with many issues.

Second visit to audiology department, first visit diagnosed my condition & medication given to help with my problem. Appointment was on time & was treated like a real person not a number by the Dr & nurses, everyone could'nt do enough for you. My second follow up appointment was just as good no faults to be said about anything. Well done Evesham hospital.

I visited A&E Evesham on a Saturday, early afternoon, was seen and treated really quickly by a kind, caring nurse. She put me at ease straight away and even went outside to the car to ask and explain to my partner why I needed to go on to another hospital. What a wonderful hospital we have in Evesham.
