Called 111 and was referred for an appointment to be seen within the hour. Checked in by reception, x-rayed and reviewed quickly but full checks done. Friendly staff on reception, porters and nurse practitioners.

We used the services of the minor injuries unit on two occasions in September 2022. Prior to our visit we hadn’t been aware that minor injuries units existed. So grateful to find that they do. From arrival at reception, through to senior healthcare and nursing staff we received excellent care, knowledgeable, reassuring advice and medical care. Thank you to all involved in our care.

My husband received excellent care here on Sunday, the treatment and advice most certainly saved him from developing sepsis

I attended the walk in minor injuries unit today abs the service I received was excellent. The nurse that dealt with me went over and above to help me. It was her lunch (well 3pm) but I’d had a break in my foot and she stayed to show me about the boot - she was absolutely lovely. (Wish I could mention her name but the system won’t allow it). The x-Ray lady and the potter that wheeled me to and from in a wheelchair we’re super efficient and friendly too. Thank you.
