    My mum attended the urgent treatment centre to redress a wound. She had been seeing nurses for 3 weeks without any problems. After being refused at her doctor's surgery my mum had no choice but to attend the urgent treatment centre where she had her wound redressed with 'special packing' at Chase Farm. She now has developed a serious infection. It is clear the nurse was not qualified to carry out the would redressing and took no hygene measures either. If nurses can't change simple wounds, I'm not sure who would be able to.

    Dear Anonymous, Based on the information you provided, it seems that your mum had been seeing nurses for three weeks without any problems. However, when she was refused at her doctor's surgery, she had no choice but to attend the urgent treatment center at Chase Farm, where her wound was redressed with 'special packing' . Unfortunately, she has now developed a serious infection, and you believe that the nurse who carried out the wound redressing was not qualified and did not take proper hygiene measures.     I have come in for day surgery on a hernia. Everyone has communicated with real clarity and kindness. My procedure went very well. Everyone I have met has been lovely. The fud was good too! I feel so lucky and privileged to be in such capable, caring hands. You're all brilliant and deserve enormous gratitude for what you do. I've had a routine procedure, but it'll make a real difference to my life. Thank you, very much.

    I had to visit the Endoscopy Department today 8/12/2023 at chase farm hospital Enfield. Not only is it so clean and Modern the endoscopy department were so kind to me . I was treated with such respect and kindness . The staff were amazing ,thank you all in the Endoscopy department . From Mrs deakin

    I have been waiting a year to see someone in the dermatology dept. Appointment has now been canceled for the 5th time. Meanwhile my situation has worsened. There is not even a direct line to this department so I can’t even talk to anyone about my concerns. Next appointment now in April if they don’t cancel again.

    I arrived on 20th December with my child, who had had not so good experiences of blood tests. I was done within 5 mins. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name however the phlebotomist was clearly very experienced with children, as able to calm and engage my child as she drew the blood. What an excellent experience at a time when the NHS are getting bad press. Thank you to this lady who has made so many parents and children’s experiences fantastic. You are the difference.

    My husband was referred to Audiology and the staff have been thoughtful, considerate, caring and friendly. He received his hearing aids today and in his words ‘I’m in a different world’. Has really really helped and we appreciate everything you have all done. Especially how respectful and nice the staff are. Thank you all

    I had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy today, The staff were absolutely amazing and met the Dr doing the procedures, he explained everything to me. I can’t praise the staff high enough, they were so kind and helpful

    I was very nervous for a not so pleasant procedure, but the staff in the endoscopy unit were so lovely, kept me calm and very well informed all the time. I am so grateful to all the staff for looking after me so well. The facilities were exceptional- private, and clean. Thank you all. And well done for such a great service you provide.

    I attended for a gastroscopy at chase farm hospital. I was really nervous but all the staff were wonderful from the receptionist to the clinical staff in the patient area and in the endoscopy room who really put at ease and were very reassuring. I also liked the privacy of the individual pods. Thankyou for the care you all gave and an overall good experience.
