Just can’t fault them. Put me at ease, took time with me, allayed fears, so, so kind. In on time, explained things, just thoroughly good, kind, compassionate, understanding professional people.

Appointments never kept on time, especially of closer to midway. Kind of a waste having mid day appointments both in person & telephone as always a hour & over in terms waiting despite them ringing a few days before to arrange an appointment. I understand the pressures on the nhs but i can also understand why people dont keep to times if your wait for a phone call is met with “I tried to call but it was engaged”, no the line has been clear all morning

Very quick and very efficient service. From initial appointment to having my wisdom tooth took out. The student and supervising dentist were absolutely incredible. I had a wisdom tooth that needed extracting and everything about the process was great. The student did an absolute amazing job removing my difficult wisdom tooth despite my nervous shakes. I was constantly asked if I was okay etc throughout the extraction and the risks were explained perfectly. By far the best experience I've had with dentistry. Thank you so much.

I attended for a tooth extraction 11/1/2023 . I was called into the room after around 15 mins but I was early for my appointment. I was then called into the clinical area I was looked after by a dental nurse 2 x 4 th year medical students and a dentist. They all introduced themselves and were very kind and considerate they fully explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the medical student administered the local anaesthetic injections he was very gentle unfortunately the extraction was very difficult the dentist had to take over and tried many different approaches to extract the took I was in the chair for 90 minutes all the way through the procedure they were asking was I ok. They were all really kind and I felt very safe and comfortable in their care . I cannot remember their names but they were fantastic.

I attended Charles Clifford today to have several teeth removed, having recently been diagnosed with cancer. Two awful situations that I never thought I would be in. I cannot give high enough praise to the team that dealt with me this morning. The dentist, 2 students and the nurse showed me so much understanding and patience. They listened to my concerns and gave me reassurance throughout the whole time I was in the chair. I have a fear of dentists at the best of times but I cannot recommend this wonderful team high enough. Thank you.

Referred by my dentist to have two damage teeth extracted due to an abscess, after 9month wait the teeth were extracted,I suffered no pain or swelling afterwards,took 15 mins .

I felt listened to about the extent of my pain for the first time. Never had a check up so thorough. It was so nice to be seen as more than a pregnant person. She was so professional and caring that I almost fell asleep during the procedure and am genuinely looking forward to the rest of my dental treatment with her. I know it’s not a permanent fix but thank you for taking away my pain and giving me confidence in a dentist for the first time. You’ve increased my quality of life and made me able to mother my toddler properly again! See you in September x
