Visited yesterday for my vasectomy. The team were fantastic - the consultant, all the nurses and support staff were helpful, constantly asked if I had questions and the private little pods are a great idea for some private peace and quiet when recovering. Expressed I needed a coffee after the surgery after not having anything for 14 hours due to general anaesthetic and the coffee was brought to me with biscuits and toast after literally two minutes. If I'm offered the choice of here again I will be choosing it. Well done all. I work for a independent NHS provider of eye surgery and its amazing to see their standards are similar to mine - free parking, free coffee and refreshments and a calm environment. If there was a TV in the pod it would just make it perfect.
