My son fractured his wrist in a football match and the care he received was excellent, professional and friendly. While you never want to use ED services it's a bad day made better by these wonderful practitioners.

  2. Review titled Attentive staffs

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I’ve been to ED in this Hospital on Sunday and then again on Monday. My child was very poorly with high temperature for 4 days and today she had an improvement and I couldn’t keep this experience just for me. She’s 23 months old and today she suddenly said “thank you aunties (nurses/doctors) for the medication you gave to me “. I was emotional about this because I knew it came from her heart. I just wanted to thank you so much for looking after my daughter. You’re all amazing!

  3. Review titled Excellent care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My daughter was taken in via ambulance at the age of 2 months. As she is my first child and I have never experienced anything like this I was extremely worried. The staff done their best to reassure me and keep updated with what was going on with her progress. One nurse/doctor was very helpful/caring in particular. He was the one who looked after us when we were moved on to the ward. As I was so tired from worrying and being up all night with my baby, he used a very kind tone with me and encouraged me all the way that she would settle at some point and she would get better. Not once did he get fed up that my baby was not in the bed, where she needed to be to have the tests done. In the end, I think he could tell how tired I was that he actually came in and settled her for me and was brilliant with her. I honestly can not thank him enough for the care he gave my baby and how reassuring he was to myself. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made a scary/worrying situation that bit better.
