    After waiting for contact in reply to a request for an appointment for over a month after completing the "Online Request" form - contacted the surgery only to be simply put back in the que for an appointment with no contact to understand the issues (the form is totally useless as not relevance to condition) and no date for an appointment - the service level is a very unfunny joke and a risk to patient health. Little wonder A&E is under extreme pressure when GP services are so poor in their response -

    After finally getting to speak to a doctor, who was not exactly over polite. I was told to go and pick up a form for blood tests. I was exhausted but finally got the energy to go there after checking the opening times on-line. It was closed, I called them, staff training! No notice on the door. Really upsetting. I will go again in the morning and hopefully at least get a form

    Having used the Klinik system to try and avoid overwhelming the telephone appointment system I have been informed I will be contacted within 7 weeks. This is an abysmal service

    recieved a text message informing me of face to face appointment 8.40am get there, no appointment booked so couldnt see anyone, klinic form filled in december of last year!! why do i pay my taxes?? feel so let down and unimportant, god help us if we get seriously ill

    My husband has a very painful condition (polymialgia) and often needs immediate help with his meds, ymg have been amazing from caring receptionists to doctors. I understand people's frustration when they cannot get an appointment but, if patients didn't just not turn up when they have an appointment (160 in January and similar numbers in following months ) then there would be spaces for a lot more people. Very pleased with the treatment we received.

  6. Review titled Ridiculous!!!

    I filled in the klinik form online, was referred to a pharmacy instead of actually been contacted by the surgery. The pharmacy I was referred to don’t answer the phone or just hang up on you. What is the point? Where is the genuine/medical care? We are people not just a number!!!!

    Every contact/visit to the various surgeries has been positive. I do find the on line booking etc to be rather complicated for anyone who is not too clever with using on line contact, but still better than trying to get in touch by phone. All staff are polite, caring and patient. Especially when pressure on them is so great.
