    I arrived at Shenstone House for an appointment to be told I did not have one there although it had been booked by telephone & I also had a text message to confirm this.2 subsequent messages had been sent to confirm my appointment at Windsor House Group Practice (Morley) which I thought was miss leading as Shenstone House is part of the practice. May I suggest a short message to explain that the location of an appointment has been changed to prevent wasting patients, doctors & nurses valuable time & resources.

I will pass on your feedback to all staff concerned as we work very hard to try and deliver a high level of customer care to all our patients and those patients coming to us from different areas for their treatment. We will certainly look at our text messaging system to ensure such instances do not happen again.

    Sat waiting to see doctor and the reception staff were talking openly about a patient problems in front of people in the reception area, i knew the person they were talking about as she is my friend, absolutely disgusting behaviour...

    I have recently needed to use this General Practice and I have received nothing but kindness and brilliant service from the staff, from those who answer the phone through to the Doctors who have great empathy. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.
