I applaud Whitehall Medical practice’s brilliant organisation. The online consult feature is wonderfully efficient. I submitted my form this morning at 9:10 resulting in a 10:30 appointment with doctor and was home with prescription medicine before 11:00! I have used this service several times and it has always dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently. Bravo

I can highly recommend the practice. When l have needed tests or referrals they have been very quick to arrange them. When really needed l have been offered face to face appointments. The staff are all very caring and helpful. I really like the online way we can explain our symptoms and be allocated the right kind of appointment. I have nothing but praise for my GP practice and the care they give me. If l thought differently l would speak my mind. So my thanks go to the doctors, nurses, receptionists and admin staff for all you have done for me Thank you. Irene
