    I received a message from the surgery this morning to contact the practice. I tried by telephone and auto message was caller 3 for nine minutes then almost simultaneously I was caller number 1. After being caller 1 for over 30 minutes I decided to cancel the call I just don’t know what else to say

    I called about my son who has been suffering with allergies I have a few times about the situation and I’m sure each time I have spoken to the same girl she a fantastic asset to your team she was very helpful and polite she got my son an appointment I was so grateful and just made the whole experience easy I just wish there was more people like her nothing I asked was too much, I asked for her name she told me what it was (it does say no names so I’ll put initial) R she is fantastic and friendly couldn’t ask for much more.

    Rang today got to speak to receptionist at approximately 8-50 asked for appointment to see a doctor. Didn’t ask the problem and told no appointments left my answer to this was I’ll have to go to A&E then answer was ok sorry !!!

    Phoned for appointment today , told no appointments left ,no alternative didn’t ask the problem I said I’ll have to go to A&E told ok

    I feel saddened to see poor reviews for this surgery because my partner and I have always had a good service. Granted it has been hard to get appointments sometimes but the staff really try and are very kind and caring and supportive. More recently, it's been invaluable to have a consistent GP who has been amazingly helpful - my faith in the NHS has been restored

    Dear Mrs Roe, Many thanks for taking the time to share your positive interactions with the practice and surgery team. Over the last 6 months the new management team have worked hard to recruit substantive staff, we have successfully recruited 3 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA and 2 admin staff.     My wife who had a stroke 2years ago ,paralysed and unable to speak,was having laboured breathing.I rang at approx 8-01 for a doctor for home visit. After approximately 30mins to answer to be told there is nobody to come out ring for an ambulance to check her out . Another occasion more recent I rang for my self . I found a lump , I requested an appointment to be told it would be approximately three weeks I’m old school, I don’t abuse visits to a GP but how can the receptionist decide if I need appointment urgently or three weeks time Gone are the days of morning surgery!! I’m old school,

    Still can't book a simple non urgent appointment online despite it being advertised on your new website. Do I need to change something or is it still not available at Wetherby? Please fix this as the scramble for telephone bookings first thing in the morning and only taking bookings covering that day is a hopeless disgrace. You have a duty to provide a better service and an online booking system would not only help with this but is available at other surgeries.

Bramham Medical Practice took over the contract for Wetherby Surgery July 1st. We are actively working to restore the online booking platform, this should be available for all patients this week.     phoned the surgery 31/10/22 waited 10mins for someone to answer a the call explained I needed a 115b doctors form signing from an event on 06/11/2022 and was advised to drop off that day for signature. received a call 24 hours later 01/11/2022 advising no Doctors available until Monday 07/11/2022 to sign the form!!! 5 working days to sign a form! Absolute rubbish, a waste of tax payers money, zero accountability.
