    Telephoned regarding a missing prescription and flu clinic dates. Receptionist seemed to take issue with my questioning the delay in forwarding the prescription to the pharmacy. Their policy is 48 hours but this was 4 days after the initial request and it still had not been forwarded. On asking about flu clinics she the told me none had been arranged yet. I simply asked if any were likely to be held before the end of the flu season. At this point she slammed the phone down. I can only conclude the this unprofessional and ill mannered behaviour is her way of dealing with legitimate enquiries. This year I have spent in excess of £5,000 on private health care as a result of being unable to even see a general practitioner ( 67 calls one morning and 53 the next) failing to achieve an appointment. I can only conclude this practice is failing its patients

    There is one doctor and one nurse to see all these patients, you cannot get through no matter what time of the day and you cannot get an appointment to where I’ve had to ring 111 and go to A&E just to be seen. It’s never been a good surgery but it has massively gone downhill since the two other doctors retired.
