Recently I had dressing done at UCC and the UCC Dr said get your GP to change dressing ever 2days. I rang up my GP they said we don't have anyone to do this every 2 days go back to UCC to get the dressing changed. Next day I rang up at 10am to see if I can get same day appointment for dressing. I waited 1hr 11min on mobile phone and I was No 1 in the queing system after they cut the phone. This is how bad this Wembley Pk Medical Centre is . And now I am changing the GP. My advice is keep on changing until one has some respect of you.
