lost records, other people's records sent to me accidentally. appointment arranged at other surgery but no records sent in advance so no blood test. a bit disappointing.

I've been a patient here for 10 years and they take really good care of me. There have been many changes over the years including partnership with other clinics, switch to Patches and onlinSys and of course NHS cutbacks. I'm sure it's been a massive challenge for all the Drs, nurses and reception staff at Wellesley Road but through it all they have found ways to help me stay in work or return to work when I have had health problems (big and small). I will be with there for as long as I am living in their area :). Thank you to all the people that have helped me and been patient with this er.. patient. x

I made an appointment and was waiting for 45 minutes, by this point I rang the practise to ask what was happening - they’d forgotten. Eventually had a consultation where I was told I’d be given some strong painkillers to help me sleep. Told me my prescription was ready, it wasn’t, this happened 3 times - I had to travel to the practise each time whilst in extreme pain. Then left me number one in the queue when calling for an hour, clearly just counting down til they can go home. I needed this prescription to sleep through the pain but now I’ll have to wait until after the bank holiday in 3 days time. I cant stress how poor this practise is.
