  1. Review titled Dedicated and caring practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My family has been going to Well Street Service for over 5 years. We've received a lot of excellent care from them over the years. Lots of great doctors, who are obviously very busy, but take the time to try to figure out what is wrong and work with you for possible solutions.

  2. Review titled Awful practice management

Rated 1 star out of 5

We have been trying to secure a polio vaccine appointment for our toddler but it took no fewer than 5 attempts to get a straight answer out of anyone. They appear to have opted out of the scheme. They also take days to reply to online queries, made me wait 45 minutes for them to run off something I was told was important ended up being two pages of URLs for a service I could have got online. When I had a critical reaction to antibiotics, the paramedics couldn't get through on the emergency line that is supposed to be reserved for their use. They took a risk by administering care themselves - out of protocol - and subsequently saved my life. But the surgery never apologised for their terrible service. Scheduling is a nightmare, reception staff are curt and overworked and it doesn't seem like senior partners care. There is no continuity of care and management is disorganised and disappointing. They used to be really good. But now they really are a liability.

  3. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Paula Shaw - Posted on 13 June 2022

on 6th June I attended the Well St Surgery for an Annual check up with the Nurse - on time, friendly and efficient. I mentioned a concern and my frustration with the online triage and booking. The nurse passed me to Reception (new, friendly and efficient) who helped me complete the booking. The GP contacted me and arranged a chest Xray at Homerton and sent me the details. I attended the wonderful Homerton Hospital the following day and had the xray. Many thanks to Well St Surgery

Called the surgery on a Friday morning as my mum was ill. Great response from a very helpful receptionist who arranged for the doctor to call that morning. Call made and prescriptions delivered . Great service , thank you so much.
