I feel everyone is very friendly and caring. They are always polite and try to help. The doctors are knowledgeable and reception staff is very approachable.

  2. Review titled Non existent GP

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been trying to book an appointment since April for a follow up to my medicine treatment. Every time I call I get "no more appointment" and yes I often call exactly at 8am and there are 13 people in the queue. Once it just hung up on me. This really doesn't encourage people to go to the doctor and address issues. I understand this is busy times but other GPs are able to handle this by allowing online messaging or book routine appointments in the future

  3. Review titled Nurse practitioner service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a very thorough phone appointment with the nurse practitioner. She asked lots of questions not only about my current state of health, but also about my general mental wellbeing as I have a stressful job. She explained the courses of treatment available and took time to identify the best treatment plan for me. A wonderful asset to this practice.

  4. Review titled Great new Doctor - thank you!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I rang the surgery on Friday for a call with the doctor. I was told there weren’t any appointments and I was told to go A&E if I got worse. However, I explained my situation to the reception and asked to pass on my message to the duty doctor. Not expecting a call. To my surprise the duty doctor rang me. She appears to be a new partner in the practice. She listened and prescribed me all the meds I needed as a vulnerable patient. It prevented an unnecessary hospital admission. Thank you!

  5. Review titled Good practice.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have had many appointments with the surgery this year, mainly PTSD and anxiety realated. They also gave me a full check up and found I was low on certain vitamins/iron etc. They arranged for the the replacement injections in a short time. And they always make sure I get my testosterone injection on time. All the staff are very understanding and considerate. The doctors are very good and take time to listen.

I know people are quick to complain, however I have always found the bookings quite quick given the circumstances. pre call with the doctor and appointment the next day

  8. Review titled Useless, have had to pay to go private.. yet again

Rated 1 star out of 5

If you want to see a doctor, prepare to argue for it. You'll be offered the nurse, the physio or god knows who's else Then to be told, 'come back if it doesn't improve' when its already been 2 months .. eventually I callback when it's obviously still not any better, ask for a physio, offered a phone consultation in 2 weeks. I call back again and argue that over the phone is pointless and eventually get an in person appointment. On the day, I call up to check the appointment time as I hadn't been confirmed and was still awaiting my confirmation text. Over an hour of phone queuing to find out it hasn't been booked in as an in person. Im not waiting any longer for sub standard care, as I did so before with this clinic and was ill for several weeks. I saw a private doctor near my work in London and was better in a matter of days in that case and I learned my lesson. Once again, I'm forced to pay for private health care or face the problem deteriorating as has happened before.
