This surgery is how you'd expect a GP surgery to be. It is clean, respects privacy, has an efficient online system (for repeat prescriptions etc) it has a nice, and efficient, reception/admin team. The GPs (often including locums) have on the whole been really good too. You feel like you are getting proper medical care here. I'm sad to be leaving the area and the decent medical services at the Walm Lane Surgery! Have no problem at all recommending this practice.

They cared for my late Aunt with a very personal touch over many years. They often worked out of hours to help her and keep in contact with me. The admin staff were knowledgeable and responsive. If only I could get the same level of service from my own practice. They also were very thoughtful to send their condolences after my Aunt died at the age of 98. Thank you.
