    Been somewhat unwell on and off the last year and every time I have been offered an appt quickly with very good doctors and nurses. Very impressed.

    Such a shame that a previously fantastic surgery has gone downhill to the degree that Trinity Medical Centre has - I can only attribute this to my experiences since the merger has taken place. It has taken several emails, telephone calls and now 3no separate visits to get a medical report that you have to pay £100 for the privilege of and then they refuse to accept payment because it was a cheque that I tried to pay with - they would only accept card or cash but did not identify this prior to my attending to collect the certificate. I had no alternative but to leave empty handed and will have to return yet again. This whole process has taken about 4 weeks, involves a minimal amount of work and they even declined to put my name on the report and said I would have to do that myself. I felt sorry for the receptionist who was very apologetic and appeared somewhat embarrassed by the situation. Come on Trinity Medical Centre, you were great once.

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as you have left your comment anonymously, we are unable to look into the detail as we would have liked to. We would invite you to contact the practice to discuss further. As we have been unable to identify the circumstance you describe and the review is anonymous, we are wondering if you have the correct Trinity Medical Centre as there are quite a few of us out there. To clarify for others reading this feedback, If you request for a doctor to complete a form for you, this is not considered by the NHS as essential NHS work and therefore has to be done in the doctors private time so as not to interfere with the usual running of the surgery. Due to the GP’s heavy workload, we recommend you allow 6-8 weeks for the completion of any form. This is because in order to complete even the simplest of forms the doctor might have to check the patient’s entire medical record. Carelessness or an inaccurate report can have serious consequences for the patient and the doctor.

    I have had really good experiences here, I can always get an appointment and the staff are all friendly and compassionate. My only complaint is to please sort out the hold music on the phone, it’s so awful and tinny and changes volume constantly. I guarantee you’ll have happier people getting through to you on calls if they don’t have to listen to it!

    My son saw a lovely paramedic practitioner. My son is autistic and when he came home he said why do people pay for private healthcare when you have such a good service at the surgery. I said I know we are very lucky having this practice down the road from us. Thank you trinity medical

    The service provided at this gp surgery is outstanding. The reception team always go above and beyond to help me and they are always polite and friendly. The Drs that I have had the pleasure with being seen by are always empathetic, considerate and knowledgeable. The nurses are also so kind and understanding no matter how embarrassing you may find a situation The whole team makes you feel that you are listened to, respected, and welcomed. I would highly recommend this practice

    I have been coming to the practice for my travel vaccinations and have been seen by 4 nurses and at least 2 reception staff. Every single person I have spoken with in the surgery has been so kind, friendly and accommodating. I have been very grateful for the absolutely wonderful staff in the surgery, thank you!

    Cannot get any appointments in advance. Requested a long appointment for an in person medical form that needs to be filled out and was booked for a telephone appointment instead! Staff take no responsibility and do absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. Even when calling at 8:30 on the dot it is impossible to get through and I have to keep calling a minimum of 200 times. So many practice rooms and GPs and yet it is impossible to get an appointment and some reception staff are so rude.

      I just wanted to write a quick thank you for the kindness and never ending patience of the Prescription Team. They are all so lovely, even when they’re crazy busy. I’m not an easy customer, and I need different medications all the time. The Team never make me feel bad for bothering them, and they’ll patiently listen to my little panics and go over and above to get me sorted. When I hear other people moaning about their surgeries, I’m always proud to be looked after by the Trinity Medical Centre, and very grateful x

    Had to wait 3 weeks for a phone appointment booked for 10:10. The day comes, I'm riding back from the gym to make sure I'm available for the call...doctor rings at 9:09 and I miss it as I'm on my bike. All messages about the appointment say keep half ab hour either side free, which would be 9:40 to 10:40. Itill haven't heard by midday so I ring Trinity, after a 40 minute wait I get told I'll have to book another appointment for three weeks time. After some complaining on my side the receptionist said she'll pass a message on the the GP, now I have to wait at home for the rest of the day with my phone glued to my hand on the off chance the GP calls, and if the GP.doesnt call, I have to wait another three weeks. Absolutely dreadful system that punishes the customer for the GP's mistake.

    Myself and my wife called for different reasons on 22/09/22. And we both were made to feel that we were an inconvenience, absolutely no care or help whatsoever, my wife is a cancer patient, so expect a bit more care, I hope the receptionist wasn’t trained this way, but her attitude was appalling, once you actually get to see or talk to a doctor then the experience is really good, if I was as helpful to my customers as this person was to us I wouldn’t be in a job for long, they certainly need to get there act together and show more care.
