    I used the Klinic contact system for the first time: very good, allowed me to explain symptoms, background etc and to say what days of the week wouldn't suit me for an appointment. The actual appointment was face to face, only three days later, on time, the doctor was thorough, polite, interested, engaged. What more could anybody ask for?

    The reception staff are so rude and talk over you. The new system doesn’t work, I have uploaded my health concern ie cancer and I have heard nothing back. I called to ask and was told it will take as long as it takes for the doctor to respond. No time scale. No feedback. You just have to wait. It’s obviously not what they deem as urgent!

    Reception staff always try to cut the call short (very rude sometimes) and not being helpful at all. Always long waiting on the phone or long waiting time until getting an actual appointment (unless emergency) Truly don’t know how they run this service. If lack of staff, sort it out as you are running by our tax (and in turn I do not get satisfying service at all). If you only treat emergency or high risk patients related issue, call it emergency centre not surgery (for all locals)!
