   If you manage to make an appointment very lucky. They tell u to ring at 800 and then leave you on hold for more than 40mins!!!! They obs no app the all day!!!

   Dear Patient I am very sorry to read your review. We are closed on bank holidays and weekends. E-consults are not available when we are closed. You would need to call 111 during this period. During our opening hours phone lines are busy due to high demand. We understand this is frustrating. Thank you for your patience.
