    Sent my repeat prescription to a random pharmacy in London and then told me to get it resolved! Receptionist arguing with me on the phone, all I was doing was kindly asking for assistance. Feel like walking on eggshells and will not use them again. Now I have no GP Surgery to turn to. I have had to reach out to PALS and the MP office to get my medical health concerns resolved. How sad.

    I completed an e-consult form on a Sunday and had a change in my prescription as recommended through the hospital, authorised by 9:30 the following day. I also asked about a connected condition and in the same response email I was told to contact the surgery for a GP appointment Brilliant! Thank you so much
